Terms & Conditions

Working draft · Last updated 10 August 2026

This is an interim working version and will be updated when Qolsta’s final legal and commercial details are confirmed.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Qolsta and the Reimagine > Transition > Prosper programme, referred to in these terms as “RTP”.

Qolsta is operated by Qolsta Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Final company and registered-office details will be added to this page before these terms are adopted as Qolsta’s definitive legal terms.

By creating an account, accessing RTP or using Qolsta content, you agree to these Terms.

1. About RTP

RTP is an online programme designed to help people think about, explore and plan their transition towards life beyond full-time work.

The programme includes video content, written guidance, reflective exercises, downloadable resources, journals, planning tools, podcasts and other material that may be added or updated from time to time.

RTP is intended to encourage reflection, discussion and informed decision-making. It does not prescribe what retirement or life beyond work should look like for you.

2. Who may use RTP

RTP is intended for adults and is primarily designed for people aged 50 and over.

Access may be purchased directly by an individual or provided through an employer, organisation or other third party under a corporate or sponsored arrangement.

Where your access has been provided by an employer or organisation, additional conditions may apply under the agreement between that organisation and Qolsta.

3. Your account

Access to RTP is personal to you.

You must provide accurate information when registering and must not knowingly allow another person to use your account or login credentials.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and Qolsta membership secure.

Qolsta may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of account sharing, misuse, fraudulent activity or a serious breach of these Terms.

4. Corporate and employer-funded access

Where an employer or organisation has purchased RTP places for its people, your access may remain valid only for the period covered by that organisation’s agreement with Qolsta.

Your employer may be told administrative information necessary to manage the programme, such as whether a licence has been allocated or activated.

RTP is intended to provide individuals with space for personal reflection. Unless we clearly tell you otherwise, private journal entries, personal reflections and answers to RTP exercises are not shared with your employer.

Any different arrangement will be explained before information is collected or shared.

5. RTP is guidance, not professional advice

RTP provides general educational, reflective and planning guidance.

Nothing within RTP constitutes personalised financial, investment, pension, tax, legal, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice.

Some parts of RTP may encourage you to consider areas such as your finances, health, wellbeing, employment arrangements or retirement plans. Decisions in these areas can have significant consequences and you should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where necessary.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

6. No guaranteed outcome

RTP is designed to help you explore possibilities and make more considered decisions about your future.

Everyone’s circumstances are different and Qolsta cannot guarantee any particular personal, financial, professional, health or lifestyle outcome as a result of completing the programme.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content within RTP and the Qolsta website belongs to Qolsta Ltd or is used by Qolsta with permission.

This includes videos, written material, programme structure, exercises, graphics, templates, workbooks, journals, downloads, branding and other materials.

Your access gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use these materials for your own participation in RTP.

You may download and complete materials where this functionality is provided.

You must not reproduce, publish, sell, license, distribute, commercially exploit or substantially copy RTP materials without Qolsta’s written permission.

You must not use RTP materials to create a competing programme, training product or commercial service.

8. Your own material

Any journal entries, plans, notes or documents you create while completing RTP remain yours.

Where resources are downloaded and completed on your own device, you are responsible for keeping those files secure and for maintaining any backups you require.

9. Availability of the service

We aim to keep RTP available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

We may occasionally need to update, maintain or change the website or programme.

We may also improve, replace or update content as RTP develops. Where reasonably possible, changes will not materially reduce access to a programme that someone has already purchased.

10. Payment

Where access is purchased directly from Qolsta, the price, payment period and any renewal arrangements will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. The final provider details will be added to these Terms once confirmed.

If access has been purchased for you by an employer or organisation, payment is governed by the separate agreement between Qolsta and that organisation.

11. Cancellation and refunds

If you purchase RTP as a consumer, any cancellation or refund rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected by these Terms.

The cancellation and refund arrangements applying to the particular product or membership you purchase will be explained at the point of purchase.

Where you ask us to provide immediate access to digital content or begin providing a service during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask for the consent or acknowledgement required by law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Acceptable use

You must use Qolsta lawfully and reasonably.

You must not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access to another user’s account, introduce malicious software, scrape or systematically extract Qolsta content, or use the platform in a way that infringes the rights of Qolsta or another person.

13. Third-party services and links

RTP may refer or link to third-party websites, advisers, resources or services.

These third parties operate independently of Qolsta. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Qolsta is not responsible for their services, advice, availability or content.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to those rights, Qolsta is not responsible for losses arising from decisions you make based solely on general RTP content where professional or individual advice would reasonably have been appropriate.

If you use RTP for purposes connected with a business, profession or commercial activity, additional limitations of liability may apply under your agreement with Qolsta.

15. Ending access

You may stop using RTP at any time.

Qolsta may suspend or terminate access where these Terms have been materially breached, where payment legitimately due remains unpaid, or where continued access would create a security, legal or operational risk.

Where access is provided by an employer, access may also end when that organisation’s licence expires or the organisation withdraws your allocated place.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Qolsta and RTP develop or where legal or regulatory requirements change.

The latest version will always be available on the Qolsta website. Where a material change significantly affects existing members, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to their attention.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory rights available to them under applicable consumer law.

18. Contact us

Questions about these Terms can be sent to Qolsta Ltd using the contact details published on this website. Formal company, registered-office and legal contact details will be added when confirmed.
